Confidential Care
Wabash General Hospital’s Senior Enrichment Center-we know that sometimes a helping hand is all a senior needs to get their life back on track. Our multi-disciplinary team includes a doctor, nurse, therapist and other specialized healthcare professionals who can provide guidance and support while helping navigate senior health and lifestyle concerns. We also coordinate each patient’s care with the individual’s primary care physician.
We can help seniors cope with the following lifestyle concerns:

  • Depressed mood
  • Unresolved grief
  • Anxiety and nervousness
  • Isolation and/or loneliness
  • Difficulty coping with health/physical changes
  • Difficult concentrating
  • Sleep or appetite changes
  • Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
  • Anger
  • Low self-esteem
  • Personality changes
An individualized treatment plan is designed for each patient to ensure the best quality care possible. Our program is confidential, and offered 2 to 4 days per week for a total of 6 to 12 weeks depending on each patient’s needs. A meal is served at noon on treatment days. We offer individual, group and family therapy, as well as medication management.
Our goal is to help seniors safely return to their optimal style of living through a treatment plan that fosters true healing. For more information, please visit External link opens in new tab or windowhttps://wabashgeneral.com/Services/Senior-Enrichment-Center.
